As an example we could provide a yearly support and maintainence contract which will allow us to visit your business to solve an issue and even replace parts if needed at no cost to you for that visit, the reason for this is bacause you are covered by these labour costs assuming you have a valid package with us, the only cost that can occur would be if you require hardware or software purchases.
Many of our current clients perfer this option being some benefits are...
1. More cost effective than employing an IT administrator.
2. We will know your systems better than any one else might ensuring a better service.

Telephone support/advice is free up to ten minutes, we do like to help as much as possible, we do offer paid for monthly/yearly plans for telephone, system maintainence, and support allowing us to solve your issues at minimum cost, yearly plans do have a minimum of one year contract period were as monthly plans do not, please see our services page or below for more information.
Individual Client Support
Call us to arrange an engineer to visit you at a time and date suited, our engineers will diagnose your issue(s) and solve upon your choices and supply any hardware, software you may need... 0845 644 6758
Arrange an engineer online by filling in the form below, we will confirm your appointment and other details by telephone or email address you provide, this confirmation must be processed before we can guarantee your booking.
